1952 Vagabond 29 (unrestored) $4,000.00
Ready to roll, with working exterior lights for your drive home! This trailer is a Model 29, and it is 29 feet long with the hitch. Based on Vagabond specs from 1951, we believe the empty weight to be about 5400 lbs. Great candidate for restoration.
Tandem axel, two doors, great layout. The previous owner removed the bathroom, so you have the freedom to set it up however you’d like. Steel-frame walls and the skin are in very good condition. It does need some of the wood ceiling and wall panels replaced, and all of wood refinished. It has the original sliding screen door - a unique feature. We planned to restore this ourselves, but we have too many other trailers to restore and not enough time.
Located south of Brainerd, Minnesota. Serious inquiries only. We prefer phone contact, and we can arrange in-person showings. No deals will be made through email, but feel free to email any questions.
Valid MN title. No personal or cashiers checks

1941 Kozy Coach
Classified by the Tin Can Tourist organization as an antique, this trailer is a collectible. An extensive, multi-year restoration project, we are targeting the Kozy Coach to be completed in 2024. This rare beauty was probably one of the last trailers off the production line before material rations forced American manufacturers to pivot towards war efforts. Not many of these trailers have survived, since the original cladding on the exterior was typically just masonite, and subject to the outdoor elements. Luckily, a previous owner re-sided it in what later became industry standard - aluminum, making this trailer a true survivor.
Part of this trailer’s desirability comes from its history. The Kozy Coach company put a lot of attention into the design of their trailers, including high-quality materials and engineer-designed frames. Our restoration has endeavored to honor that legacy of fine craftsmanship.
The interior of this trailer feels like a luxury yacht. You’ll love the satiny ribbon sapele wood interior walls and cabinetry (otherwise known as African mahogany). While this restoration feels very much of its era, several modern conveniences are cleverly incorporated into the vintage design, including USB chargers in some of the outlets, a wet bath, and a modern bedroom layout with two easily accessible twin beds. The front couch also turns into a double bed, allowing this camper to sleep up to four people.
This has been rebuilt from the frame up, complete with modern amenities, so the buyer will enjoy something truly unique - a brand new camper with classic design and style. The interior is now complete, and it just needs paint and the windows installed.
